About Our Organization

Our corporation was organized to establish and maintain trails and campsites for the use of Boy Scouts and other organized youth groups at Stone Mountain Memorial Park; to support BSA Pack, Troop, Venturing Crew and/or Explorer Post 129, Tucker, Georgia; and to buy and maintain any real and personal property that will benefit the afore mentioned scouting programs.

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Corporation and, except as otherwise provided by our By-Laws, shall be vested with all powers necessary for the management and administration of the affairs of the corporation.
